Hi, my name is Amy. I am a stay at home mom with 4 kids ages 5-11. I heard about Belinda's boot camp at 530 am last year from friends who were signing up. I was interested, so I checked out the website, but I am not at all a morning person, and decided not to do it. Since then I have been getting her emails, and the "30 days to melt the fat" title caught my eye as I was sitting by the pool on spring break. I thought it's been too long, and -Yes!-I want to melt the fat! So I signed up right then on my phone, to start the day after I returned from my vacation. Anyone who knows me is shocked that I committed to 6-day a week workouts, especially the 3 that are at 530 am-outside! It was tiring the first week, and I was so sore everyday, but it felt worth it, and I am so glad I have stuck with it. I love that my workouts are done early-while my kids are all still in bed, and I can come home energized to get my 3 girls off to school, and have my days more open to spend with my 5 year old son.
I love all the different workouts, time just flies by, and with Belinda's support, and positive messages it keeps me coming back. The meal plan has been harder for me to commit to. I love food! Especially fattening food, so I have been really trying to use the plan to help me find snack and meal ideas that I can still enjoy and work for my family. I am making better choices, eating less and it's becoming easier all the time. A big change I have made, is making sure I have a healthy breakfast and a protein shake right after our workouts. Not being a morning person, I was never a breakfast fan, but now I look forward to it. I am excited to see changes for the better and results I can achieve this month!
