Fast Track Training

  • This program will help you achieve all your fitness goals with the motivation of your trainer and your small group! You may start your own group of 4-5 at your convenience or as an individual be placed in an existing group if a spot is available. All sessions are 40 minutes and you can either train 2 or 3 days per week. This program runs 2 months in length. This program starts July 6 or July 7 depending on the day you choose to train.
